    Job Description

    As an Omnichannel Manager, you would be responsible for managing the day to day operations of a multi-million dollar P&L, as well as growing our business on multiple new eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for item data management, pricing, product launches, and deal negotiations. This role is cross-functional in nature and requires collaboration from a variety of partners such as marketing, supply chain, product development, & Analytics. You will be an essential stakeholder in the growth and development of Acquco. It is important to be nimble and excel at building relationships with customers, vendors, & cross functional partners.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Managing the day-to-day operations & own the P&L on multiple online marketplaces
    • Growing the assortment on marketplaces through item set-up and product launch
    • Ideate, research, and launch new products
    • Run A/B tests & optimize products listings to increase revenue
    • Make unilateral pricing decisions to accommodate the businesses’ shifting financials needs
    • A strong sense of process building, frameworks, & project management skills. You will be building new systems and processes
    • Resolve any issues on our omnichannel tech stack that is impacting sales
    • Strong track record of completing deliverables on time & ability to work in a fast paced work environment
    • Be a creative problem solver
    • The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, with bonus based on individual & marketplace performance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 4+ years relevant work experience in relevant roles, product, management consulting, business strategy with a focus on North America omnichannel marketplaces only
    • Strong experience operating and expanding into new channels / marketplaces to grow a portfolio of brands
    • Ecommerce or UGC experience is a plus.
    • Self-starter & action oriented - who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes
    • Strategic Problem solver – who loves getting to the details to drive flawless execution but can pull out and see the forest from the trees
    • High EQ Relationship-builder – who can influence people at all levels across a variety of job functions
    • Data-driven - who is relentless about digging into the data to discover insights and understand not just “what” the data tells but the “why” behind the numbers
