    Job Description

    The Growth Team at Acquco is responsible for defining the acquisition strategy and building a strong leads pipeline. We are seeking a Growth Strategy and Operations Analyst  to join our successful team. This position requires a professional individual who has experience applying strategic thinking and problem solving skills to both operations and strategy initiatives that support the overall growth of the company. This role reports to the Growth Strategy and Operations Manager. 

    Strategy:

    • Strategy: Work alongside Strategy & Operations Manager and functional leaders to create and implement Acquco’s broader growth strategy to acquire and scale brands

    • New Growth Initiatives: Ideate, pilot and launch impactful initiatives that help achieve company objectives through organic and inorganic growth

    • Operations: Support various functions scale efficiently through process codification and improvement initiatives

    • Project Management: Act as project manager for key initiatives that span cross-functional teams, shepherding initiatives from start to finish

    • Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to help inform key business decisions

     Operations:

    • Reports: Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM; Build reports to track team progress and support data-driven decision making  for new initiatives

    • Continuous Improvements: Identify  and collaborate executing tasks related to operations and process improvement

    • Training: Develop training materials and standard operating procedures for team members and contractors;  provide training support to new and existing team members

    • New Operations Initiatives: 

      • Coordinate with relevant teams to influence timeliness, completeness and accuracy of data related to acquisition process

      • Coordinate with relevant teams to influence roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tools to support the business

    • The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Experience:

    • Experience successfully completing projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills

    • At least one of the following: 

      • 1-3 years in management consulting or in strategy/operations at a hyper-growth company/early stage startup

      • 1-3 years experience with CRM administration (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics or Pipedrive)

      • 1-3 years experience in project management role (Asana, Monday or Planner)

    • Experience using formulas in Excel or Google Sheets

    • Attention to detail

    • Able to work East Coast (NYC)  daytime office hours

    • Bachelor’s Degree required

    Preferred Experience:

    • E-commerce/omnichannel experience

    • Certification in a major CRM system (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)

    • Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, etc)

    • Expertise with analytical packages to suggest and build executive reports, that utilize all available data, for leadership to make better decisions (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
