  • Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a background in a Big 4 accounting firm. A CPA qualification is preferred, and they should have experience in financial statements reporting under IFRS, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).

    • 8+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years focused on M&A or technical accounting.

    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS) and purchase accounting.

    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools.

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Big 4 public accounting experience.

    • Experience in a multinational or publicly traded company.

    • Familiarity with valuation techniques and financial modeling.
