Supporting the DoD and Intelligence Community, you'll play a key role in shaping acquisition approaches, guiding procurement efforts, and ensuring programs are positioned for success from planning through award and execution.

_Your Impact _
You'll support acquisition planning and execution across the full lifecycle—helping align requirements, strategy, and contract outcomes. Day-to-day, that can look like:
Supporting Government Program Managers (GPMs) in identifying and defining acquisition requirements
Coordinating and supporting pre-acquisition activities, including IPTs and strategy meetings
Conducting market research and documenting findings to inform acquisition decisions
Drafting market surveys and analyzing results to support acquisition planning
Developing acquisition documentation, including SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, task orders, and labor categories
Supporting development of acquisition and contract strategies across a range of program sizes and categories
Assisting in preparation of acquisition briefings, pre-solicitation materials, and strategy documentation
Drafting and supporting source selection materials, including SSPs, PPIs, and evaluation criteria
Developing Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) justifications for non-competitive acquisitions
Supporting award fee planning and incentive structures to drive performance
Providing oversight and compliance review of acquisition documentation and processes
Advising on acquisition regulations, policies, and best practices to support effective program execution
Supporting acquisition process improvement initiatives and recommending enhancements
Assisting with major acquisition efforts, including milestone preparation and strategic planning
_Qualifications _
All positions require an active TS/SCI with polygraph
Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, or program management activities
Familiarity with DoD/IC acquisition processes, policies, and lifecycle phases
Experience developing acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, SSPs, etc.)
Experience supporting acquisition strategy development and execution
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills, including briefing and documentation support
A degree in Business, Acquisition, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
_Nice to Have _
Experience supporting Major System Acquisitions or large-scale programs
Familiarity with CICA justifications and competitive acquisition processes
Experience supporting source selections or proposal evaluations
Exposure to acquisition strategy boards, milestone reviews, or governance processes
Experience with acquisition policy interpretation and process improvement efforts
Background supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
