Responsibilities: • Evaluate property values and conditions in Newark, NJ. • Utilize the CRM daily for tracking interactions and sales processes specific to the Newark market. • Establish trust with prospects to successfully close deals in the Newark area. • Ensure prompt responses to leads and client requests within the Newark real estate market. • Manage and update Newark-specific sales leads in the CRM. • Schedule and conduct appointments with Newark-based clients. • Stay informed about Newark's local market trends and dynamics. • Attend meetings and training sessions tailored to the Newark real estate landscape. • Perform necessary administrative tasks relevant to Newark operations. Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 yearly
