We're hiring a driven, emotionally intelligent, and coachable closer to join our in-office acquisitions team in Kennett Square. This is not a cold-calling job. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and we have junior follow-up specialists warming up your pipeline. Your job is to build rapport with homeowners, identify motivation, and negotiate win/win offers. You’ll be trained in our proven, repeatable sales process, which has helped us close hundreds of deals. If you’re coachable and hungry, we’ll turn you into a top producer. Location & Schedule This is a full-time, in-office position based in Kennett Square, PA. You’ll be expected to work Monday through Friday from our office, collaborating closely with the rest of the team. If you're not local or willing to commute daily, this role is not a fit.
