    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
    • Recognize opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services that meet customer needs.
    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists to schedule follow-up appointments or meetings.
    • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
    • Aid with customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
    • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
    • Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.
    • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
    • Assist with customer payments when needed.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate and helpful information.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
    • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
