RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking Acquisition Support (Lifecycle Acquisition-Senior)with an active TS/SCI clearance and will be updated with a CI Poly after starting on contract. RTI Consulting, LLC is the managing PRIME for this contract. The current option year has been extended till 2025 before the next extension, or final award. The good news is that the work will continue, and incumbents have the right of first refusal. Overall Assignment Description: Provides a broad range of acquisition and systems engineering subject matter expertise support and coordination duties in support of the contract officer representatives (COR) and program management office (PMO). Will serve as the primary acquisition support FTE responsible for directly interfacing with COR’s and OSP senior leadership as required. Skills and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. 4 years of additional working experience can be substituted for a degree. • 8 years of specialized experience supporting the Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering projects. Desired: • Experience working with CUSTOMER acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects • Experience with systems engineering activities at CUSTOMER, DoD or other IC members • Experience with DoD or other IC entities in the acquisition or contract management-related fields. Duties include but are not limited to: • Writing, reviewing and coordinating at least the following documents: acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, analysis of alternatives (AoA) studies, technical evaluations, support to OSP decision boards and other acquisition assignments as required. • Work with the Government Chief of Staff and COR’s to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management. • Prepare, maintain, and present acquisition, financial and budget reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing All employment decisions at RTI are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national, social or ethnic origin, sex, age, physical, mental or sensory disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past or present military service, family medical history or genetic information, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
