We are looking for an experienced Momentum Acquisition Systems Specialist with most recent experience at DOJ(UFMS)/VA(iFMS) or similar agency. This resource will work closely with COR, Contract Specialists and other Contract POCs to provide acquisition Momentum Systems related support. Please note this is not an IT job, Momentum Acquisition system Modules, Functional and back end data knowledge is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as Momentum Acquisition SME. Support Contracts team by providing Systems support, answer questions and performs Systems update/edits as requested.
Prior expereince using ServiceNow for Tier-1 andTier-2 Helpdesk Ticket management.
Advance SQL skills and familiar with Momentum Backend data is crucial.
Develop and implement data models and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making.
Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques. Performs advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to pull various metrics andreports from Momentum data.
Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Works on acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Assists with User support for Credit card reconciliation and other contract Financial tasks in Momentum.
Prepares reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Must be an advanced SharePoint user cable of creating Lists, Disctionalries, Views and Libraries on an SharePoint Intranet.
Support monthly user training, create and deliver User Guides, Training Videos and Training environment set up for smooth training sessions.
Must be familiar with Sam.Gov, FPDS.Gov and other acquisition specific external and internal systems integration.
Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. Prepares final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Works on creating/updating, User Guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-related workflow processes, and maintaining data taxonomy and definitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in Helpdesk Support, specifically Momentum, Unified Financial Management Systems (UFMS).
5 years or more of work experience working in an acquisition/procurement or similar environment.
Strong SQL, Data analysis skills
Excellent client communication, Coordination soft skills
