Acquisitions Associate

Our client, a well-respected residential real estate developer, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate who will play a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and managing potential development opportunities across the company’s growing multifamily portfolio. This role supports senior leadership in deal analysis, strategy development, and maintaining in-depth market insight within target areas.

Acquisitions Associate Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, comparisons, and zoning to inform acquisitions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in target neighborhoods.
• Maintain and track the acquisition pipeline, and prepare acquisition reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on deal activity.
• Develop and update financial models for potential deals.
• Support investment decisions with risk analysis and project summaries.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts with internal teams.
• Assist in preparing investment memos and closing documentation.
• Compile market and acquisition reports.
• Maintain databases of comps, metrics, and policy changes.

Acquisitions Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, brokerage, or financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $90K - $110K + 20% bonus
