1.Position Summary
The Multifamily Acquisitions Manager plays a senior leadership role responsible for driving Bruziv Partners’ acquisition strategy and executing investment opportunities from origination through closing. This position oversees the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and successful execution of multifamily investments while helping guide portfolio growth initiatives.
Unlike transactional support roles, the Acquisitions Manager is expected to independently originate opportunities, lead negotiations, and provide strategic investment recommendations to senior leadership. The role works cross-functionally with executive leadership, capital partners, lenders, asset management, and property management teams to ensure acquisitions align with long-term company objectives.
Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with global partnerships, BruZiv Partners is a leading real estate investment and property management firm focused on creating value by targeting undervalued properties in desirable locations with high growth potential. At BruZiv, we are committed to working with local communities to support neighborhood revitalization by bringing declining properties back to life. This is accomplished through our stringent investment criteria and personal approach to property management which, in turn, creates “real value” for the firm and our investment partners.
