WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Acquisitions Manager, you will play a critical execution role in Primrose’s scaled acquisition strategy, supporting deal flow from initial outreach through closing. This is a highly transactional, analytically driven position focused on sourcing, underwriting, and advancing opportunities through the acquisition pipeline.
Source acquisition opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach, including daily calling, follow-ups, and pipeline development
Conduct preliminary screening and detailed financial underwriting of on-market and off-market opportunities
Build and analyze financial models to evaluate deal economics, returns, and strategic fit
Prepare investment summaries, underwriting materials, and internal deal memos for senior leadership, franchisees, and investment committees
Support transactions from first contact through LOI, diligence, and closing, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, including call tracking, notes, and pipeline reporting
Manage a high-volume deal pipeline with precision, prioritization, and follow-through
Partner closely with Acquisitions leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Real Estate, and Design teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
Assist in LOI drafting, negotiations, and coordination with legal and internal stakeholders
Track and report on performance metrics including outreach activity, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and closed transactions
Develop market knowledge and seller insight to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and deal quality
Ability to travel ~25 – 40% of the time including onsite tours and meetings with seller
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree; finance, economics, or accounting strongly preferred
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting capability
Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions end-to-end
Comfort in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, high-volume environment
High personal accountability and exceptional attention to detail
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
CRM fluency and strong pipeline management discipline
Motivated by ownership, deal velocity, and measurable outcomes
