About the Role We're growing and looking for a motivated, people-first Acquisitions Specialist to join our Irvine team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring their options, helping them navigate the process with confidence while building and managing a healthy sales pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact. Compensation: $60,0000 base, $120,000+ OTE. Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat, responding quickly and confidently • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and situation • Schedule and confirm appointments for our senior acquisitions team • Build genuine relationships with homeowners and guide them through the early stages of the process with care and professionalism • Follow up consistently, turning initial conversations into scheduled meetings • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets • Take ownership of your pipeline and look for ways to continuously improve your approach Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Someone eager to launch and grow a career in sales • Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people • Comfortable with outbound calling and self-generating opportunities • Coachable, organized, and accountable • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus and strongly encouraged • Recent grads and career changers are welcome Compensation: $120,000+ OTE
