Acra Lending has a great opportunity for a Remote Wholesale Account Managers/ Loan Processors to come join our team, make money and have fun! We are growing and have openings for Wholesale Loan Processors who have the ability to make six figures!

• Compensation package with a highly competitive salary- $60,000 through $120,000 including our Production Bonus

• Monday through Friday schedule- WEEKENDS OFF!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage loans and prioritize daily workflow
• Use communication and technical skills to move loans through the process
• Assist brokers by offering timely responses to questions and excellent customer service
• Review and audit files for compliance before submitting to Underwriting
• Order loan documents when Underwriting clears the file for docs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years current Account Manager/Loan Processing experience
• Minimum of 2 years ‘experience working with standard industry and investor guidelines
• Proficient in the review of income documentation and financial statements (i.e. P&Ls)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with mortgage industry software and online apps
• High School Diploma or equivalent
