Acra Lending has a great remote opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will implement business solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a special project or program, and communicate them clearly to management. This position will assess and validate activities to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and assemble data from multiple sources
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that effectively meet/exceed business requirements
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Create/maintain effective system documentation
• Monitor, collect and assemble data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations and actionable data
• Conducting financial analysis and reporting through excel
• Advanced skills in excel is highly preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Mortgage experience a plus
• IT Experience 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects
• Experience with BytePro or any other mortgage software preferred
• Experience with Java, Javascript, J2EE, SQL
