Responsibilities: • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $50,000 at plan earnings
