    Job Description

    FRANK SIDDONS INSURANCE AGENCY FORT WORTH, INC., an ACRISURE agency partner, is currently looking to add to our team a COMMERCIAL LINES CSR.

    FRANK SIDDONS INSURANCE AGENCY FORT WORTH, INC., was founded in 1999 by Steve Siddons after spinning off from Frank Siddons Insurance Agency Austin that was founded in 1948 by Frank Siddons. For 72 years, the Siddons Insurance Agencies have been family-owned and operated firms providing insurance for commercial clients, primarily in street and road, and utility construction. We take pride in serving our friends and neighbors with more insurance choices than any other Texas based agency.

    This position does require “in office” work.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Take full accountability for the assigned book of business with assistance and support from Processing team

    • Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters related to the proper coverage for the client

    • Proactive management of renewal process

    • Coordinate with Producer and client to obtain information and market account to various carriers as needed

    • Prepare proposals and account summaries as needed for the Producer

    • Identify opportunities to write new business

    • Meet with clients as needed          

    • Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner

    • Maintain all client activity in the agency system

    • Provide technical support to Producer; specifically, in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations.

    • Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages in coordination with Producer.

    • Organize and prioritize workflow. Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to client with appropriate correspondence.

    • Review client contracts for insurance requirements. Compare to policy to ensure contract complies. Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as needed for account review.

    • Request renewal quotes from insurance carrier, creates renewal proposals and handles other renewal activities

    COMPETENCIES:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Associates in Business, Administration, Accounting or equivalent, preferred
    • 10+ years’ Commercial Insurance experience, required
    • P & C License, required
    • Construction experience in commercial lines insurance, required

    TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

    • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required
    • Agency Management System (AMS 360) experience, strongly preferred

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High  attention to detail and organization skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to interact with diverse personalities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Understanding of agency workflows for renewals and submissions
