TAYLOR INSURANCE, an Acrisure Agency Partner.  J.C. Taylor Insurance is a collectible automobile insurance agency with offices located in Upper Darby, PA and Cinnaminson, NJ. Since the 1960s, J.C. Taylor has been America’s premier specialty insurance provider for classic cars, antique automobiles, modified automobiles, and custom vehicles. 

The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for clients and responsible for providing effective customer service for personal lines customers by using excellent in depth knowledge of the company’s collector automobile insurance programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous manner and on a timely basis
• Initiate endorsements and other policy changes for customers
• Process and transmit (via fax, email, or mail) necessary information to clients and brokers such as ID Cards, DEC pages, applications, quotes, etc.
• Quote new business applicants for collector car insurance products
• Assist new business applicants and brokers with completion of the application and required forms
• Assist underwriting team to obtain information from clients and broker
• Escalate customer service issues to management as needed
• Assist with special projects and reports as needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required
• Must possess active Property & Casualty Producer’s License or obtain within 90 days of employment

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Basic PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Must possess excellent organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team

• Work is done in a temperature-controlled, non-smoking office
• This position will require you to work "on location" in either Upper Darby, PA or Cinnaminson, NJ
