    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    The MSP Program Coordinator is responsible for working directly with client users to assist them in obtaining temporary personnel, and consulting services through the associate vendor network and assuring the program is operating within the guidelines outlined in program design and are in compliance with all state and federal laws associated with employment.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Field day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and/or email for the Program Management Office (PMO)

    · Act as liaison and represent Acro Service Corp and the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner

    · Run and provide monthly Fieldglass reports to the customer and work to resolve any discrepancies

    · Provide ad-hoc reports to client upon request

    · Manage weekly supplier Missing Timesheet report process and client manager Pending Timesheet report process which includes sending to supplier and manager users and resolving any issues/discrepancies

    · Manage monthly end date report process

    · Complete timely entry of information tracking for performance measurement in Fieldglass VMS systems. Maintain consistency and integrity of data

    · Communicate all information to suppliers, client managers and Acro on a timely basis

    · Manage the candidate offer process, working with the supplier to ensure onboarding compliance is met, push work orders through in Fieldglass

    · Works closely with suppliers and client on all drug/background adjudications

    · Manages all miscellaneous invoices and expenses in Fieldglass

    · Work closely with suppliers and managers on all items related to open work orders, terminations, conversions, timesheets, revisions, billing issues/discrepancies

    · Assist MSP Program Manager and Account manager as needed and acts as a back-up to Account Manager when needed

    · Assist in payroll/billing issues and works to resolve

    · Address and resolve client, supplier and contractor relations issues in a confidential manner

    · Enter new users into Fieldglass VMS and send out user profiles

    · Explain how the program works to new managers and suppliers to ensure they understand the process and procedures of the program and address any violations of program guidelines

    · Answer any and all questions regarding the program and how it operates

    · Works with Fieldglass rep and Fieldglass support, submits tickets, resolves issues

    · Attends meetings including team meetings, weekly client meeting, bi-weekly Fieldglass meeting and ad-hoc client manager and supplier meetings

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of experience may serve in place of a degree (preferred)

     

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years of experience in the staffing industry

     

    SKILLS

    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be detail oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task

    · Must be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously while keeping up with, managing & responding to multiple emails coming through at one given time

    · Ability to effectively prioritize emails and tasks

    · Ability to manage large volume of emails and following up on items on a daily basis on all tasks through to resolution

    · Must be readily available (and flexible) to meet with client managers & suppliers as needed in addition to leading conference calls if necessary

    · Ability to successfully & effectively communicate in-person, by phone and email with all levels of client staff, suppliers, internal teams and handle all aspects of a large customer base

    • Ability to effectively develop solid relationships with the client, suppliers and internal teams
    • Ability to respond effectively to employees, customers, and the associate vendor network with excellent customer service skills to produce positive outcomes
    • Strong and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to remain confidential in all phases of the hiring process and throughout the duration of work assignments and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

    · Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with various personalities and styles of individuals

    · Must be able to follow instructions and ask questions

    · Must be able to work well unsupervised, be self-sufficient but also take direction well from others and must be able to work well on team

    · Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    EXPERIENCE

    • Prior staffing industry experience as a recruiter or on-site representative is preferred but not required
    • General understanding of how an MSP works

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Frequently sits, walks, and stands
    • May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment
    • The noise level in the work area is usually low

    WORK HOURS

    • Standard hours Monday through Friday; 40 hours per week
