Title - Technical Data Analyst
Location - Warren, MI 48093
Schedule - Hybrid - 3 days a week in office
Duration - 1+ year

Looking someone with strong POWER BI skills and Dashboard creation along with good presentation skills

The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
• Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
• Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Self-starter with the ability to influence others in a direct and indirect organizational structure across many different physical locations
• Proficient in PowerBI and SQL
• Experience with database and data warehousing platforms (MS Access, SQL Server and Developer, Oracle, etc.); multiple reporting and visualization techniques and tools (Power BI, MS Project, Visio, etc.); and excellent knowledge of SharePoint development, document management, and productivity (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) tools
• Strong strategic and operational agility to connect ideas end to end and innovate solutions
• High-level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings
• Well-developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines proactively and independently

· Proactively and effectively manage and communicate project status, progress on deliverables and risks/issues to stakeholders

· Knowledge of IT project management and requirements definition

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.

· Knowledge of Global Purchasing and Supply Chain business processes and systems
