    Acronym is looking for a dedicated PAID SOCIAL MANAGER who is motivated to develop their skills in the social media space. This individual will manage the agency’s Paid Social Media campaigns across multiple verticals. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with media partners and clients. 

    THIS IS THE JOB ...

    • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT   

      • Manage and advise on all paid social matters that fall within our scope 

      • Maintain and encourage an open and positive environment for the media partners to approach media teams first with opportunities and innovations 

      • Manage the strategy and daily execution of paid Facebook: from large campaign initiatives to regular bid management 

      • Partner with our data science team to identify, track, and develop strategies to improve KPIs 

      • Partner with other paid media teams to develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns to drive audiences, engagement, consumption and conversions 

      • Regularly analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and performance 

      • Develop, track and communicate key performance metrics to internal teams and clients

       

       PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE 

      • Formulate paid social strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client’s objectives and strategies 
      • Assume lead role in integration social efforts and demonstrate full understanding of client’s businesses 
      • Facilitate the development and documentation of standard methodologies for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group

       

       TEAM MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP 

      • Lead team to think strategically about paid social’s role within the media mix and help define tactical game plans to set social strategies and media plans to address client needs 
      • Provide training and guidance for junior team members; provide outlets for development (e.g. Facebook Blueprint)

     

    THIS IS YOU ...

      • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant Paid Social experience or related media planning experience required, with focus on team leadership and management 

        • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences 

        • Ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical plans 

        • Experience with CMS platforms, 3rd Party API technology, Native UIs (i.e. Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) 

        • Significant client-facing and relationship management experience required 

        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to interface with a variety of personnel at multiple levels 

        • Prior experience managing a team; demonstrated ability to train and grow junior members, serving as coach and mentor 

        • Prior experience in an agency environment highly desired 

        • Working knowledge of Paid Search and Programmatic Display a plus 

        • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and acquisition marketing channels 

        • Willingness and ability to be hands-on in executing programs including getting deep into data analysis while balancing multiple priorities and projects 

        • Must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
