    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ●       Accounting Operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all accounting activities

    ●       Chart of Accounts, maintain and allocate business activities accurately

    ●       Inventory, including raw materials, WIP and finished goods, to ensure production levels are met cost-effectively

    ●       Accounts Receivable, work with Sales to manage orders, invoicing and ensures receipt of customer payments, check deposits and bank reconciliation

    ●       Accounts Payable, manages vendor relationships, purchasing needs, purchase orders and payment within terms

    ●       Payroll Processing, ensuring salaries, benefits and deductions are processed correctly, in time

    ●       Trade Spend, ensure booking and management

    ●       Manage Corporate Overhead, ensuring cash and investment

    ●       Banking Activities, enduring mapping deposits, expenses and regular reconciliation

    ●       Reporting, providing financial statements for executives and investors

    ●       Controls, documenting Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), ensuring controls are in place, monitoring effectiveness to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of all financial transactions

    ●       Manage cashflow, including work capital needs, to support funding requests

    ●       Ensure Capital Expenditures and Depreciation are properly booked

    ●       Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

    ●       Develop an annual budget

    ●       Ad Hoc reporting, as needed, to provide input to management decision making

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    ●       Finance or Accounting Bachelors Degree

    ●       4-6 years experience in Finance, Accounting

    ●       Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

    ●       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    ●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ●       Deadline and detail-oriented

    ●       Experience in restaurant or manufacturing a plus

    ●       Restaurant 365 & QuickBooks proficiency a plus
