WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?              

Provide installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer service expertise on commercial and industrial grade HVAC systems located at indoor shooting ranges throughout the world. This position is based out of Provo, UT and requires traveling to customers shooting ranges ~50% of the time.

SOME OF YOUR DAY TO DAY TASKS:

• Configure and commission HVAC control systems throughout the country and internationally.
• Conduct full startup and commissioning of commercial and industrial grade HVAC equipment (Daikin / Greenheck).
• Perform accurate equipment air balancing to specified airflow measurements.
• Provide ongoing technical support services to diagnose and resolve customer problems quickly and completely.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operation/product manuals.
• Pull insulated wires and cables through conduits to complete circuits between boxes.
• Connect wires to electrical components as needed for complete and operational systems.
• Test electrical systems for continuity of circuits in electrical wiring and equipment using testing devices such as ohmmeters or voltmeters to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
• Work with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience - required
• HVAC Controls experience – required
• RMGA Certification - required
• Test and balance experience – required
• EPA certification - preferred
• Distec and/or Niagara Software experience – preferred
• Niagara AX / 4 certification – preferred
• Legal status to work in the United States.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to pass government and military background checks for access to restricted facilities.
• Ability to secure a passport for international projects.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation to turn our customers into raving fans.
• Must be able to work at our Provo, Utah facility ~50% of the time. 
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
