POSITION SUMMARY:

Action Target is looking for a part time Accounting Intern to perform a range of general clerical, accounting and book keeping support functions for our organization.

This is a paid internship position. In addition you may also be eligible for internship credits with your education institution. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Perform wide range of accounting and clerical functions
• Record business transactions
• Assist in month end close procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting program working towards a Bachelor's Degree, accounting experience is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite including Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including proven use of spreadsheets and graphs
• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.
