ActionLink is seeking a highly engaging individual with a flair for hair care to join our team! This role will be representing one of our top global clients and their high-end line of personal hair styling tools. As our Beauty Sales Advisor, you will be tasked with visiting a local premium retailer to engage shoppers and demonstrate all the innovative reasons why these beauty tools are the best in the industry!

It’s our goal and commitment to help make consumer product purchases easier, more personalized, and more informative for the customer while also boosting brand awareness during peak weekend selling hours.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

• 16 hours per weekend
• Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00AM -7:00PM
• This position offers a paid time off accrual plan

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Participate in web-based training courses and videos to learn product information
• Enthusiastically interact with store customers to establish strong connections
• Convey product benefits and demonstrate usage of the industry-leading features of the hair styling tools
• Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale
• Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photos
• Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls, web meetings, and/or emails

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Hairstyling and/or salon experience strongly preferred
• Retail, sales, or related customer service experience
• Positive and engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
• Valid cosmetology license a plus
• Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards while on store shifts
• Available to work required weekend schedule
• Access to reliable transportation to commute to local store
• Access to a smart device for reporting
