    Job Description

    An International Trading Company is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant that provides clerical support at its CA branch.

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned department. They will preform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

    • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments
    • Answering and transferring phone calls, welcoming clients and visitors
    • Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties, which include Marinating filing system, equipment maintenance coordinating, maintaining office supplies, handling packages and correspondence, administering accounts payable transaction, etc.
    • Retrieving and preparing records, emails, minutes and other documents when needed
    • Preform other related duties as assigned by management

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 1 years of Administrative work experience
    • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
    • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems
    • Bi-lingual in Japanese language is a plus

    While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
