An international manufacturing company in the Bowling Green, KY area is looking for an HR GENERALIST. The ideal candidate will have experience with human resources, recruiting, or have an administrative background.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HR GENERALIST POSITION:

• Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures 
• Assist with the recruitment process by selecting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Create new on-boarding programs to implement for new hires
• Coordinate orientations for newly hired employees 
• Maintain and update employee records in company databases 
• Assist with budgets and payroll 
• Create reports on HR activity

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR GENERALIST POSITION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, a related field, and / or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and colleagues 
• Fluent communication in verbal and written English 
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt well to pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive with a strong attention to detail
