Activate Games - Technical Trainer

Activate is a technology company known for creating the first full-scale interactive gaming experience. We are looking to expand our Corporate Development team with the addition of a Technical Trainer. This position has key responsibilities to ensure all employees are equipped to run Activate America, LLC. facilities to proper specifications. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 75% travel.

The Duties and Responsibilities:

Training

Conduct training sessions on the maintenance of Activate facilities

Maintain accurate and relevant documentation of full training cycle.

Ensure teams have a full working understanding of the Activate system

Store Support

Maintain contact with stores to fill gaps and learn of improvements to be made in training delivery

Field technical calls and provide virtual or in-person support to stores

Provide excellent customer service to ensure stores feel supported

The Qualifications:

Experienced leader with a proven track record in team development and hands-on training expertise

Electronic Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent experience

Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage learners

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts

Skill in developing assessments to measure learners’ understanding and progress

Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects

Ability to adapt to new technologies

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
