ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) ADMINISTRATOR
We’re searching for an ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. Gandara’s administrative offices are located in West Springfield, MA with programs located in Boston, Brockton, Fitchburg, Holyoke, and New Bedford.
The EHR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR position is the primary contact for daily operations, administration, configuration and ongoing use/development of the system. The EHR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for orienting, training, and assisting staff with software programs, troubleshooting errors, testing code updates, reviewing metrics, and working with stakeholders to continue optimizing these systems for excellent user experience and clinical/billing performance. The EHR System Administrator is the primary contact for staff questions and issues and acts as a strong resource and model of customer service.
