Nonprofit recruiting & coaching firm is seeking an experienced IT Support/Salesforce Admin to join their team!

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Salesforce/IT Support Admin contributes to ActivateWork's overall mission by supporting staff in customizing the Salesforce platform and ensuring computers are set up and maintained to maximize their full potential.
This is a hybrid role with opportunities for remote work with a minimum of 3 days in our Denver office.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
IT Admin
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Providing first-line technical support and assistance to employees and learners on IT-related issues.
- Managing daily support and maintenance of IT systems and conducting long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Troubleshooting computers (Mac & Windows), computer peripherals, and mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Androids, etc.)
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting workstations including operating systems and applications, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used/needed by staff members.
- Software licenses management
- Maintaining the accuracy of ActivateWork' s website through updates using WordPress.
- Maintaining WordPress plug-ins and website back-ups.
Salesforce Admin
- Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, field page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- User training and creating training materials.
- Gathering detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate.
- Automating processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, and validation rules.
- Identifying, installing, and maintaining appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more.
- Testing and implementation of package development efforts, as well as coding, configuration, regular maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, additionally managing timelines and manufacturing technical documentation.
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
- 2+ Years of relevant experience in customizing the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Certification required.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals in 3 Months.
- ADM201 certification, required in 6 months.
- ADM211 certification, required in 12 months.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING
- Expected annual salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
