Active Cosmetics Manufacturing is a cosmetic contract manufacturer located in Orlando, Florida, and caters to brand owners, who outsource their manufacturing needs. We are hiring a customer service representative who will be responsible to process all orders and bill our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive and process purchase orders

2. Generate invoices

3. Help clients with invoice and billing questions

4. Enter data into ERP software

5. Create shipments by UPS and freight companies

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Quickbooks experience

2. Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese

3. Excellent writing ability in English

4. 2-year college or community college (preferred)

Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm
