About the Certified Occupational Therapist Position (COTA) Position

We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help patients perform the daily tasks they need and wish to do. You'll work with other AIHT therapists to coordinate and optimize rehabilitative care. Your main goal is to provide practical therapeutic services and adapt the home environment to optimize the patient's lifestyle goals. As this is a PRN position, you will be working with us on an as-needed basis. We offer flexible scheduling, and you can choose the areas you prefer to cover. We would make an excellent addition to your full-time job.

COTA Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising therapist
• Implement the treatment plans created by the OT or other therapists
• Monitor patient's progress and adjust treatment accordingly
• Assist patients with their exercises and activities

COTA Requirements

• License to practice within the state
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in this field
• Prior experience in home health is preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage own schedule and patient load
