1. Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pocket an impressive $1,930 average weekly, totaling $100,386 annualized right out of the gate.
- Top-performing drivers pull in up to $2,427 per week ($126,252 yearly) through strong mileage pay, per-load pay, and safe & on-time mileage bonuses (up to 3% of mileage pay).
2. Route, Freight & Equipment
- Run regional routes out of St. George, UT, delivering to customer locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
- Stay active on the job by unloading trailers using rollers and climbing in and out of trailers as needed.
- Drive company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks featuring top-of-the-line automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry van trailers.
3. Schedule & Home Time
- Get back home weekly for a consistent 34-hour reset (Note: Drivers living in Las Vegas are on a dedicated schedule of out 2 weeks followed by 3 days home).
- Standard shifts start at 06:00 AM with up to 14-hour work days, while standard days off typically fall during weekdays depending on freight demands.
4. Requirements & Screening
- Minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience required.
- Complete mandatory pre-employment medical evaluations utilizing urinalysis toxicology tests and hair follicle screening.
