Job Description:

Looking for experienced Inside Phone Pros who thrive on closing deals and earning HUGE commissions? We are a rapidly growing firm in the rare coin amp; collectibles industry, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in West Palm Beach. This is a Base + Commission, full-time, in-office sales role, offering unlimited earning potential (grow your own Book of Clients.)

Responsibilities: __

• Build and manage your own book of business (Client-Portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and must be TEACHABLE!
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of phone sales / inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to make one call closes over the phone
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Details amp; Schedule

• BEST SCHEDULE : M–Th: 9:30AM – 4:30PM amp; **Half Day Fridays: **9:30AM – 2:30PM
• No nights or weekends.

**Compensation : **

• Base + 15% Commission ( NOT a draw, NOT “the greater of,quot; B ase + Commission)
• Paid Weekly
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $150,000+
• Clear path to 6-figure + (Year 1)
