POSITION/JOB SUMMARY:
This position is typically scheduled 8-hour days, every fourth weekend, some evenings and some holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Is knowledgeable of patient and resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients and residents in a safe, secure environment.

Be able to work in close cooperation with the Activity Director, accept and utilize constructive criticism, and display initiative to complete related tasks and programs.
Ability to document in EMR.
Be familiar with Word, Microsoft Photo Editor, and Excel programs to make forms, newsletters, etc. Be able to email calendars, newsletters, etc. to families, newspapers, radio station, etc.
Possess current driver’s license.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Have a thorough knowledge of various resident activities and preferences, and have familiarity with resident limitations and needs
Differential for having CNA Certification
