    We are looking for a detail-oriented Activities Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in planning, organizing, and executing engaging activities that foster community engagement and enhance the overall experience for members. You'll collaborate to ensure that events align with our mission and values while effectively managing logistics and resources.

    Responsibilities

    Develop, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of activities and events that cater to the interests and needs of our community.

    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for engagement and event participation.

    Manage all logistics associated with events, including venue selection, catering, equipment setup, and participant communication.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and implement improvements based on participant feedback and engagement metrics.

    Maintain accurate records of event budgets, attendance, and follow-up communications.

    Promote activities through various channels, ensuring broad awareness and participation.

    Required and Preferred Qualifications

    Required:

    2+ years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, or a related field.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.

    Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Preferred:

    Experience in community-focused organizations.

    Familiarity with event management software and tools, Adobe Pro and or Canva.

    Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

    Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

    Experience with social media platforms for event promotion.

    Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking for events.
