Life Stories: Conduct initial "Life Interest" interviews with new Elders and families to personalize their care plans.
One-on-One Interaction: Provide individual room visits for Elders who are unable or unwilling to attend group sessions to prevent isolation.

Behavioral Support: Use activities as a non-pharmacological intervention to reduce "sundowning" or agitation in Memory Care Elders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily attendance records and participate in Elder Care Plan meetings to report on social progress.
Volunteer Coordination: Coordinate with volunteers on a weekly basis to provide support with activities.
Budgeting: Manage the monthly activities budget, ensuring supplies are stocked while remaining cost-effective.
