SHIFT AVAILABLE

• Shifts available - 2pm - 11pm (Evenings)
• Shifts available - 10pm - 7am (Nights)

Weekend availability is a plus!

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

• Prior experience as scheduler/staffing coordinator or similar position
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM Database systems
• Knowledge in Medical terminology
• Reliable transport
• Reliable transportation & Cell phone
• "WHATEVER-IT-TAKES ATTITUDE!"

DUTIES:

• Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and Add them to the customer resource management tool.
• Make Calls to providers and facilities to build long term relationships and figure out what challenges they have and work towards solving them.
• Manage assigned facility accounts and ensure their needs are properly addressed.
• Schedule/Coordinate client care staff according to clinical staff competence by assigning qualified staff to clients appropriately.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly client orders.
