Great entry-level opportunity for a marketing graduate! Looking for a highly organized candidate with killer attention to detail. This position is about project management, but is where you learn the ropes of agency life. Must have general marketing knowledge and awareness of digital tactics. Working experience a huge bonus.

Note: This is NOT a sales position. This role is about managing marketing projects for clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with an account director as a team to manage the flow of assigned client projects through the agency
• Adding value to our creative team by being organized and prepared
• Adding value to our clients by thinking through projects and making them better
• Bringing ideas to the table to help grow existing clients (no outside/new biz dev expected in this position)
• Communicating with clients and ensuring their requests/needs are handled
• QAing your projects so that things leave the agency error-free
• Coordinating orders with print/promotional vendors as needed
• Helping to plan/support client events

What We’re Looking For

• Grace under pressure — we get a lot of same-day requests and need someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Digital smarts — you need to know about paid media, social media, marketing automation, web/CMS platforms, basics of SEO/SEM, analytics, et al. (bonus points if you've worked in them or have certifications)
• Ninja-level project management skills
• Attention to detail so good you can't help but proof restaurant menus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field
• Preferably some working experience in marketing through internships/clubs, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications
• Personable and professional
