    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    Brand Direct Clients (Pre and Post-Sale): Working closely with Director, Strategic Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer to build and sustain long-term relationships with CMOs and Brand Strategists through strategic proposal building, and live campaign management, positioning yourself and Acuity as the trusted advisor.

    Agency Clients (Pre-Sale): Responsible for developing strategic proposals for our agency clients working closely with assigned sellers to increase company win rate.

    What You'll Do:

    Create strategic proposals in response to client RFP to showcase Acuity offerings and ability to solve brand challenges

    Conduct research to respond to client inquiries, develop POVs, and prepare strategic proposals. Utilize both internal data and external resources to produce materials in response to client/brand direct inquiries

    Collaborate closely with Director-Strategic Solutions, Chief Strategy Officer, and Sales team to develop strong client relationships, create strategic pitch collateral, and identify growth opportunities for clients.

    Ability to communicate directly with agency client AND brand direct clients to answer questions around campaign strategy and Acuity offering capabilities to help close the business

    Act as project manager during pre-sale handoff to post-sale team

    Create net new slide materials for use in meeting pitches and proposal decks – such as, case studies from strong campaigns to prove value of Acuity offerings to clients, data insights from Acuity historical database, insights slide from external research

    Function as an internal and external expert for proposal strategy, insight into Acuity product suite and campaign set up for successful launch

    What You'll Need:

    Minimum 1-3 years preferably in a strategic/account management role working with brand direct clients (brand strategist, chief marketing officers, etc.)

    Digital experience a must; programmatic experience a major plus

    Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment

    Self-Motivated, confident, detail oriented and deadline driven

    Comfortable with public speaking and leading client calls

    Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills; Thinks outside the box, BIG IDEAS!

    Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in a client facing role where you will be looked upon as a trusted advisor
