Analysis & Reporting
Design and implement custom interactive reports and dashboards showing the impact of paid media on performance
Transform raw data collected through our internal systems into actionable information
Create reports to help team members at all levels easily keep an eye on performance, improve efficiency and reduce waste
Analyze and identify key insights in relation to overall objectives of maximizing Advertising/Marketing ROI
Analyze data to gain understanding of trends, behaviors and relationships
Create and present insights gleaned from performance to Strategy and Investment teams and clients
Implementation
Develop and execute processes for accurate data capture implementation across all assigned campaign projects
Work with internal teams to identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the duration of a campaign with regards to data capture
Strategic Planning
Work with internal teams to create measurable online and offline media campaign objectives and key performance indicators
Qualifications and Skills
Education in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, economics, management information systems or related field
A comprehensive grasp of data visualization methods, techniques and abilities
Knowledge of current issues within the online media industry, such as attribution, data collection, targeting and privacy are preferred, but not required
Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
Can turn around projects and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Must be a pro-active, curious, creative problem solver
Strong analytical skills: able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations; experience in the analysis of large data sets to find useful relationships
Ability to collect end-user requirements and work independently
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with advertising, media and direct response marketing data is preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of media measurement tools including 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics is desired
Exceptional organizational skills, paying close attention to detail
Must be comfortable turning data into decision making information, and communicating the story the data is telling to internal stakeholders as well as clients
