    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Strategist to work at Stingray, a premium provider of curated direct-to-consumer and B2B services, including audio television channels, over 100 radio stations, SVOD content, 4K UHD television channels, karaoke products, digital signage, in-store music, and music apps. Responsible for Assisting Sales Reps with developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through strategic proposal creation, and being their Digital Subject Matter expert and go-to person for Digital Media.

    Overall Territory: The Digital Strategist will cover the primary Stingray Radio stations in BC and Alberta. They will also support the smaller local stations, when required, based on the client opportunity size. In total, the Strategist will support approximately 40 Radio Reps, and business travel is a part of the role. Key Responsibilities: To be the Digital Subject Matter Expert, working hand in hand with the Stingray Radio Sales Reps, in order to assist them by co-selling Digital Media plans to their current radio clients, as well as new prospects. The second key responsibility is writing strategic Digital Media Proposals, and answering RFP’s, to win digital media campaigns.

    What You'll Do:

    Create strategic proposals in response to client RFP’s to showcase Acuity Digital Media offerings and the ability to solve the client’s digital media challenges.

    Conduct research to respond to client inquiries, develop POVs, and prepare strategic proposals. Utilize both internal data and external resources to produce materials in response to client/brand direct inquiries.

    Collaborate closely with Radio Sales team to develop strong client relationships in the field and identify Digital growth opportunities within the territory.

    Ability to communicate directly with clients, to answer questions around campaign strategies, Acuity offerings & capabilities, and to help to close new business.

    Act as Project Manager during pre-sale handoff to the Campaign Management Team.

    Create net new slide materials for use in pitches and proposals – such as case studies from strong campaigns, that showcase data insights from historical campaigns, as well as showing industry insights from external research.

    Function as an internal and external expert for proposals, insight into Acuity product suite and proper campaign set up for success.

    Responsible for assisting the Western Reps, primarily the B.C. Reps, in achieving their Digital Media budgets.

    What You'll Need:

    A relationship and people orientated person.

    Experienced in client services, digital strategy, strategy or an account management role.

    Digital experience is a must; programmatic media experience a major plus. (Ideally, experience in Digital Media).

    Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment.

    Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

    Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in a client-facing role.
