    This is a position where your coding abilities, communication skills, your desire to solve complex problems and passion for scale and big data will all be leveraged to develop answers to questions most don’t even know to ask.     Primary Responsibilities:

    Level 1 and 2 technology support for deployed content solutions

    Provide email and remote support to customers

    Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered when required

    Escalate critical issues to other team and follow up to completion

    Manage ticket priorities across all support team members

    Maintain a shared knowledge base by documenting resolved issues

    contribute to the department’s ongoing improvement in Jira

    Highlight opportunities to improve the system, the product and the team

    Education and Qualifications:

    BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

    3+programming experience in Python, Java, or PHP

    3+ year of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript

    Customer-facing experience is a plus

    Strong dedication to customer care

    Creative thinker

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, and by telephone

    Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs

    Works well independently

    Ability to construct complex yet efficient SQL queries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
