Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered acupuncture treatments • Collaborate with physical therapists and occupational therapists in a team dynamic approach • Treat a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and pain-related diagnoses • Utilize techniques such as trigger point dry needling and traditional acupuncture approaches • Collaborate with PTs and other providers on integrated care plans • Educate patients on treatment plans and long-term wellness strategies • Track outcomes and patient progress • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records • Contribute to a positive, team-first clinic culture • Build strong patient relationships that drive retention and referrals Qualifications: Requirements • Licensed Acupuncturist in New Jersey (or license-eligible) • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred • Experience with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and pain management cases • Experience or comfort with trigger point dry needling • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for patient outcomes and integrative care • Team-first mindset with a willingness to collaborate • Growth-oriented and open to mentorship Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
