Job Description We are seeking to add an EHR Support Specialist to our staff. * Provide "Extraordinary Care" to customers through friendly, caring, courteous, and professional services * Participate as a key member of the core team by becoming a subject matter expert in the functionality of the EHR software * Serve as main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the physician offices during the implementation process and post implementation process; on-site go-live support and post implementation phase * Analyze and document the requirements of a physician's office and clinical workflow * Create, utilize and implement customized training curriculum to train and instruct the physician's office staff on the use of the features of the EPM and EHR software effectively * Directly and remotely support the physicians and physician office staff in the use of the software Minimum Requirements * Demonstrated ability to train adult learners effectively * Must be able to learn the functionality of our products and services in a short time frame * Must be able to implement customized training programs targeted to physician offices * Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and provide client training and support over the phone, email or in person * Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, have exceptional attention to detail and perform consistent work * Self-motivated, self-directed, team oriented, responsible, and reliable, with a positive attitude and a proactive style. Must possess the ability to operate in a highly variable work environment * Present a courteous and competent demeanor to our clients and teammates Preferred Qualifications * Medical Terminology * A degree in healthcare administration, healthcare information systems or a related field. Equivalent education and experience combined may be accepted * Minimum 2 years' experience within a healthcare environment * Experience working with an EPM or EHR product * Experience creating training plans and providing training for adult learners * Experience working in a troubleshooting role within an EPM or EHR environment * Prior experience with implementing, configuring and supporting software applications We offer health, dental and eye care benefits after an initial probationary period.
