    We're working with a well-established therapy management group that has a strong presence in acute care settings. They are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping patients in high-acuity settings. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a challenge—specifically working with neuro or ortho trauma patients and critically ill individuals in ICU and progressive care units.

    New graduates are welcome and will be supported by clinical mentorship. This is an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful career alongside an experienced, collaborative team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat patients within the scope of Occupational Therapy practice
    • Work with patients in various stages of recovery and care complexity
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective treatment planning
    • Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and care techniques
    • Supervise COTAs and therapy aides as needed
    • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal and compliance standards
    • Engage in ongoing professional development

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • Current OT license or eligibility to obtain one in Georgia
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle complex patient scenarios in acute settings
    • Team-oriented mindset
    • CPR Certification required
    • Willingness to adapt and grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment

    Skill Set Required:

    • Clinical problem solving for orthopedic and neurologic cases
    • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
    • Acute care therapy experience or strong interest in developing that specialty
