Acute Nursing Care LLC is a Home Health Agency that has been locally owned and in operation for over 9 years. We are seeking a LPN in Home Health for our Part/Full Time shift. The duties for this position include: home visits and treatments. The person chosen for this position will be expected to provide the highest quality and consistency of care to our patients in their homes, and to assist them in achieving their highest level of independence.
