PAID SEARCH MANAGER : LEAD GENERATION [HOME SERVICES FOCUSED]
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALLY:
We look for curious + innovative minds who's foundation is proven experience but who's ambition is something new + more. The successful candidate, your primary responsibility will be: ownership and management of all aspects of PPC/SEM/Paid Search/Google + Microsoft Ads(hittin' all the keywords here), building, optimizing + growing profit-driven accounts. The ideal candidate has agency experience and is comfortable working with both Lead Generation + Ecommerce focused campaigns. They value experimenting to drive CRO, can implement + think critically to troubleshoot conversion tracking, & possess a proven track record in performance. Innovation + ambition is highly rewarded + embraced, we are always looking for out-of-the-box ways to help clients gain a competitive advantage. Budget is no object to our clients when ROAS is consistent... so experience in efficiently scaling budgets is imperative. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of prioritizing independently and adhering to tight schedules with enthusiasm and grace. The ability to collaborate, listen and incorporate other people's ideas and feedback is a must. This is a highly rewarding position, with the opportunity to work on high-profile performance campaigns and develop the search strategy for our diverse SMB portfolio. We're passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital advertising, so as a part of our team we'll want to hear your input and ideas. But listening well is also a critical skill. We expect - and equip - our team members to stay on the leading edge of performance and technology trends.

It's a collaborative effort, so it's important we are open + hold each other accountable as well. As such, that takes a lot of self-confidence, communication, and empathy. Sometimes, an idea we had does not pan out, and we have to own that quickly and objectively. Sometimes we have to analyze + challenge client's beliefs or processes, and we have to do so sensitively and vulnerably. Most times, we're kickin' ass and making it fun, and we just have to be humble and never take our wins for granted. What's important to us is that we have good people who care, and are tough on performance but easy on emotion and realize it's all part of the process, and just be committed to doing the best we can with our fellow people every day we're lucky enough to do it.

We are a passionate people and a flat, non-political organization. Everyone on the team is a senior-level subject matter expert, and respected as such. This means we are always collaborating and experimenting to find the best results possible in an unbiased way, and everybody can + should lend experience to our collective goals of growth for our clients, each other, and our agency. However everyone has different styles, and that's respected as well. Before the world changed we did monthly happy-hours, and instead of taking them virtual we now do empowerment hours, where every Friday there are 0 meetings and you're empowered to spend some time growing however you want. Whether that's via a new tool demo you want to add to your stack or a new certification you want to take, it's totally up to you. Sometimes that will also be a guest-speaker day. Building company culture is a little trickier when you're all virtual, but we try to get creative in staying connected & inclusive without mandating socialization.
