Role Overview
As a Sales Development Intern, you will work closely with our Sales team, particularly under the mentorship of the SDR group. This role is designed for individuals interested in sales outreach, prospecting, and competitive intelligence analysis in the AdTech space.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in sales outreach activities to potential clients.
Contribute to prospecting efforts, identifying and qualifying leads for the Sales team.
Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Conduct research on competitors within the AdTech landscape, providing insights to enhance our positioning.
Shadow sales calls and actively participating in follow-up tasks with team members.
Execute follow-up tasks and support the sales team in maintaining effective communication with potential clients.
Skills and Qualities
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related fields.
Go-Getter Mentality: Demonstrate a proactive approach to sales outreach and prospecting.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Exhibit the ability to solve challenges independently and contribute innovative ideas.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Quickly adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the AdTech industry.
Internship Details
Hours: ~20 hours per week (unpaid)
Report to and work closely with Bitsy Pendleton, Sales Development Representative.
Industry Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in the mobile games AdTech industry, with opportunities to contribute to real sales initiatives.
