HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN (PART-TIME)
AdNet, a staffing and executive search firm, is seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern contributes to the overall success of the organization by completing a variety of high priority recruiting and operational projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Effectively research, source and qualify candidates from multiple resources to fill current job openings for clients from a variety of industries
- Manage and update social media sites.
- Post job openings on multiple resources and proactively maintain and refresh postings.
- Evaluate and screen resumes to qualify them for current job orders.
- Phone interview candidates to qualify them for current job orders.
- Send assessments to candidates to qualify them for current job orders.
- Recruit candidates to create a pipeline of applicants needed for high demand skill areas.
- Provide project support to the CEO, Business Development and Operations.
- Utilize in-house database system for entering applications, updating candidates' information, email blasts, social media postings and assignment creation and maintenance.
- Complete reference checks and employment verifications.
- Assist with market research, analysis and forecasting to support the Business Development team
- Create and maintain supplier diversity portals
- Assist with any additional projects as needed
KEY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working towards completion of Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively and directly with candidates and internal team both verbally and in writing.
- Strong initiative, analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Outstanding organization skills and follow through to successfully manage and complete multiple priorities/projects on daily basis.
- Technical savvy to find qualified candidates through research techniques including, social media, internet sourcing and staffing tools.
- Driven towards results and success while demonstrating a strong commitment to a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service and research skills
